How we handle your inquiry
Sampler Consulting Group, LLC uses the business and contact information you provide to review your request, clarify your needs and discuss a potential engagement. Sending an inquiry does not accept you as a client.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, business details, requested services, priorities and project information. Please do not include passwords, banking details, government identifiers, patient information or private customer records.
Saved progress on your device
Draft answers are saved in this browser. Drafts expire after seven days without changes and are removed when you next open the form. Use Clear saved progress to remove them sooner. A successful submission also clears the saved draft when browser storage is available. Avoid shared devices.
When you submit
The website uses Netlify to receive form submissions. Notifications are delivered to SCG’s configured email inboxes so the team can review your inquiry. SCG may maintain working records to prepare and manage the requested engagement. The seven-day draft period applies only to browser drafts; it is not a deletion schedule for submitted inquiries or email copies.
